Castleford Tigers announced that head coach Ryan Carr has departed the club citing personal reasons. The Australian coach, who was appointed on a three‑year deal last August, had been stood down two weeks earlier. Director of Rugby Chris Chester said the club was following a process and thanked Carr for his efforts.
