Firth Smashes Own Backstroke Record at Dutch Championships
Six-time Paralympic champion Bethany Firth set a new S14 100m backstroke world record at the Dutch National Championships in Eindhoven, improving her own record by 0.03 seconds. The achievement secured her funding for the upcoming season and positions her for the 2028 LA Paralympics. Firth will next compete at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
