Josh Kerr will attempt to break the world record in the mile at London Stadium’s Diamond League Series event, taking on one of athletics’ most prestigious challenges on the sport’s biggest stage.
The Scottish runner, an Olympic silver medallist and two-time world indoor champion, will face a formidable international field assembled for the occasion.
